Small bore 22 match. 50 yards prone, unsupported. Rifle may only touch your hands and shoulder. Coat, glove, sling, mat and spotting scope allowed.

Looks like the weather is starting to break for us. It was only 95 with very little wind. Mr. Goldman was a brand new shooter and we hope to see him some more. It hard to shoot well with out a sling
,but he hung in there. Joe was using a ruger 1022 that was new to him and again no sling. He worked hard to zero the rifle in the match and came back great. Gery was shooting a new rifle,
and after getting control of his sling, he came in with some real good scores. Ed put in a good show across the board.  I mad an adjustment to my rifle after the first sheet and it took me 2 more to get it going.
Never make a major change in a match. ( How many times have i told shooters that!) Plus the fact I just can't shoot. Now we get to Hayden, 17 and new to the game. We all loved having her shoot with us.
All ways a big smile and a great sportman. She has been shooting for less than a year and we all know its only going to get better.
Last but by no means least Jay. Not only a good rifleman but a great sportman as well. All ways a joy to shoot with people like Jay. Jay and I are the old shooters today and I know we felt it. ( Not by age)
Now that its getting cooler we can all get some time to get on the range and get back into the swing of shooting and get them scores up.
Thanks to all that came out to shoot.
Rick
